What Soldera Does
We're unifying the energy certificate registries. EU backed.
Soldera is an AI-native platform for renewable energy certificate management. If that doesn't mean anything to you yet - Guarantees of Origin (GOs) are how Europe tracks clean energy. Every country has its own registry, its own rules, its own bureaucracy. We're building the infrastructure layer that connects all of them.

What This Role Actually Is
You'll be the person who makes everything around the founders run. Not in an "executive assistant fetches coffee" way - in a "this person is operationally dangerous and we trust them with real work" way.
~70% is detail execution with a founder's mindset:
- GO registry operations - KYC applications, legal document assembly, compliance filings, DHL shipments
- Invoice processing, reconciliation, and payment tracking across multiple currencies
- Office operations - the stuff that keeps a physical office functional
- Legal support - putting together KYC files, gathering compliance documents, coordinating with registries
~30% is higher-level work:
- Market research on energy certificate regulations across European countries
- Sales support - preparing materials, enriching prospect data, supporting outreach
- Process improvement - if something is broken or slow, fix it
- AI tool orchestration - using AI to multiply your output, not as a crutch
And honestly? Anything else the founders don't want to do. This is a startup. The job description is "whatever needs doing, done well."
Who We're Looking For
Someone who has built things. Not just talked about building things.
We don't care about your GPA. We care whether you can open a messy spreadsheet with mixed currencies and duplicates and clean it up without asking for help. We care whether you've shipped a project - any project - that required you to figure things out on your own.
You should be:
- Practically skilled with spreadsheets, documents, and data (we will test this, not ask about it)
- Comfortable with ambiguity - startup work rarely comes with clear instructions
- A structured thinker who breaks messy problems into steps
- Tech-literate with real tool proficiency (not "I use ChatGPT sometimes")
- Proactive - you see something broken, you fix it or flag it. You don't wait to be told.
- Detail-oriented by nature, not by effort - reconciling numbers should feel natural, not painful
Bonus points if you've:
- Built something you can show us (a project, a tool, a business, a drone - anything)
- Worked in energy, compliance, or registry-heavy environments
- Used AI tools to actually get real work done faster (not just chat with them)
