Executive Summary

We need someone obsessed with sales, data, automation, and pipeline to own our outbound motion.

You'll build laser-targeted prospect lists, run multi-channel campaigns (Clay + lemlist + LinkedIn), and book qualified meetings for our AEs. If you love clean CRMs, clever workflows, and seeing your work directly create revenue, this is your role.

This role gives you hands‑on experience in the renewable energy sector while you become the engine behind our outbound motion—building laser‑targeted lists, running campaigns, and setting up actual meetings for our sales team.

What you’ll do

  • Build high‑quality prospect lists for campaigns
    • Define ICPs with Sales/Growth; use Clay to orchestrate multi‑source enrichment (LinkedIn, business registries, company sites); find correct emails/phone numbers and verify deliverability
  • Run outbound end‑to‑end
    • Launch and iterate multistep sequences in lemlist (plus LinkedIn steps), personalize at scale, A/B test copy & timing, monitor reply/bounce/meeting rates, and keep everything compliant.
  • Set up qualified meetings (not just leads)
    • Own the last mile: qualify interest, coordinate time zones, book calendar invites with agendas, and ensure clean hand‑offs to AEs.
  • Keep HubSpot squeaky‑clean
    • Import & map fields, normalize titles/countries, de‑dupe contacts/companies, maintain GDPR/opt‑out status, manage bounces, and keep properties/picklists consistent.
  • Make it repeatable
    • Templatize and automate workflows with AI, document playbooks, and surface insights on persona resonance, channel effectiveness, and data gaps with lightweight dashboards.

What you’ll bring

  • 0–2 years in sales enablement / SDR / sales ops / research, or strong internships/projects that show pipeline/sales impact.
  • Hands‑on with HubSpot, Clay, and lemlist; fluent in LinkedIn search (Sales Navigator a plus).
  • Strong spreadsheet and AI usage skills (lookups, pivots; bonus: basic SQL/regex).
  • Detail‑obsessed, innovation-focused, process‑oriented, and clear written English.
  • Onsite availability in Tartu, Estonia (full‑time, office‑based collaboration).
