Das Mitglied benennt ein leitendes Mitglied im Konto des Mitglieds, das auf der Soldera
Plattform registriert ist und das volle Recht hat, alle Funktionen der Soldera Plattform
im Namen des Mitglieds zu nutzen. Ab dem Zeitpunkt des Inkrafttretens der Vereinbarung ist
der in den Besonderen Bedingungen der Vereinbarung benannte Vertreter des Mitglieds das
leitende Mitglied.
The lead member may delegate this role to another natural person by making a respective
amendment on the Soldera Platform. Several Members may have the same lead member. The
capacities of the generating installations of the Members associated with the same lead
member are added together to obtain the total capacity (see below). From this, in turn,
the Fee rate for Members associated with the same lead member is derived according to the
Erfolgs gebühr table.
