Soldera is the "Stripe for Renewable Energy." We are the AI-native metalayer automating the €13B European renewable energy certificate market - and we're looking for a sales professional who already knows how to sell compliance and financial infrastructure to the C-suite.

The Context:

Every Fortune 500 CFO is staring down the same problem: renewable energy procurement is a €multi-million line item managed on spreadsheets, routed through opaque brokers, and reconciled manually at year-end. It sits in Finance. It touches compliance. It shows up in the annual report. And right now, it's a mess.

Soldera fixes the backend. We automate procurement, verification, and reporting of renewable energy certificates (GOs/EACs) across Europe - the same way Stripe automated payments or Coupa automated procurement. In 2025, we grew revenue 70x to €1M ARR, already trusted by global asset managers and Fortune 500 buyers.

The Role: We're hiring an Account Executive who has sold SaaS into finance, compliance, treasury, or ESG functions at large enterprises. You know the buying process inside a multinational. You've navigated procurement committees, legal reviews, and budget cycles. You've sold to CFOs, Controllers, and Heads of Compliance.

Now you want to sell something that actually matters.

What You Will Do

  • Hunt the Fortune 500. Identify and close large-scale agreements with multinationals who need to automate their renewable energy certificate procurement across European markets.
  • Sell infrastructure, not a point solution. Your pitch isn't "buy certificates." It's "replace a broken manual process with an API-driven platform" - a story you already know how to tell.
  • Own the financial and compliance buyer. Your main contacts are CFOs, Heads of Energy Procurement, Controllers, and sustainability teams that report into Finance. You understand how to align cost, compliance, and reporting incentives in a single conversation.
  • Shorten the cycle with credibility. You'll come in knowing how enterprise SaaS deals get done - procurement, legal, InfoSec, exec sign-off. You'll use that to accelerate deals others would lose in committee.

Who You Are

  • Experience in B2B enterprise SaaS sales, ideally into finance, compliance, treasury, ESG reporting, or supply chain functions at large corporates. Think: spend management, ERP, carbon accounting, regulatory reporting, or financial data infrastructure.
  • You've sold to CFOs and Controllers. You know that Finance buys on cost certainty, auditability, and risk reduction - and you know how to frame your product in those terms.
  • You're a hunter. You are comfortable with 6+ month enterprise sales cycles and high-value contracts. You know how to keep a deal alive through procurement and legal without losing momentum.
  • You want to sell something with stakes. You're good at what you do, but you're tired of optimizing CAC for another SaaS dashboard. You want your quota to mean something beyond your OTE.

You Don't Need to Know Everything About Renewable Energy - Yet

If you know how enterprise compliance software is sold, you already understand 80% of this role. The language of Scope 2 emissions, GOs, and RE100 reporting can be learned. What can't be taught is knowing how to run an enterprise deal.
