Accounts & Total Capacity
The Member will designate one lead member on the Member’s account registered on the Soldera Platform who will have full rights to use all the functionalities of the Soldera Platform on behalf of the Member. From the moment of entry into the Agreement, the representative of the Member specified in the Special Conditions of the Agreement is the lead member.
The lead member may delegate this role to another natural person by making a respective amendment on the Soldera Platform. Several Members may have the same lead member. The capacities of the generating installations of the Members associated with the same lead member are added together to obtain the total capacity (see below). From this, in turn, the Fee rate for Members associated with the same lead member is derived according to the Success Fee table.
