Soldera’s Ethos: Sealed Hybrid Tenders (Guarantee of Origin Auction)

At Soldera, our word is our bond. Our responsibility is simple: get the best possible outcomes for our producers while running a fair auction for buyers. That’s why our auctions are competitive, and why the highest bidder always wins.

Buyers: What you can expect from us

• Tender sheet: After indicative volumes, you’ll receive actual tender volumes in an Excel sheet, covering both spot and forward.
• Free-to-bid auctions. Buyers are free to place bids via email. We welcome competition and price discovery.
• Privacy-first: Producer details are never revealed to buyers, and vice versa. We shield the information of all parties to ensure a secure sales process.
• Highest-bid wins. We have never sold to anyone other than the highest bidder. There is no preferential treatment.
• No backtracking. Soldera has never agreed a deal and then backed out. If we say “yes,” we mean it.
• Fast delivery: You’ll receive GOs promptly. Our standard practice is delivery first and then we issue an invoice. In line with industry standard, we expect payment within 10 business days from invoice. If you are a smaller or lesser-known buyer to us, we might require payment up-front.
