COMMISSION STRUCTURE FOR SALES SERVICES.
For services directly relating to the sale of Energy Attribute Certificates under the
Spot Sales Procedure (Annex 2) and the Forward Sales Agreement (Annex 5), the Fee will
be calculated as a percentage-based sales commission. This commission is based on the
total capacity of the Producer(s) associated with the primary user, as further detailed
in Section 3 of the Principal Conditions for the Provision of the Service (Annex 3).
This Fee will become payable at the moment Soldera provides notification of a successful
transaction to the Member via the Soldera Platform, unless agreed otherwise.

FEES FOR OTHER SERVICES.
Soldera may offer additional services that are not directly related to the sale of
Energy Attribute Certificates by Soldera as described in the Spot Sales Procedure (Annex
2) and Forward Sales Agreement (Annex 5).
Such services may be requested by the Member through the Soldera Platform or in a form
reproducible in writing. In such cases, the Fee for such services shall be displayed to
the Member and must be confirmed by the Member before such services are provided. The
Fees in effect at the time of the respective transaction or use of the Services shall
apply.
Soldera will maintain a reference price list of its services on its Website under the
designated 'Pricing' page.
