Turn Compliance Rules Into Content Buyers Trust

Sustainability and procurement teams at large companies have to get renewable electricity claims right. Scope 2, RE100, CSRD, SBTi and CDP all set rules for which energy certificates count, and those rules keep changing. Most of what is published about them is either vague marketing or written for specialists.

Soldera is the infrastructure companies use to buy, manage and report energy certificates and PPAs. We need a Regulatory Researcher and Content Writer who turns these rules into clear, accurate articles that corporate buyers find, trust and act on.

The Mission

Become the source corporate buyers and their advisors rely on to understand renewable energy compliance, and turn that trust into demand for Soldera.

What You Will Own

  • Write compliance explainers that bring in buyers. Publish articles on GHG Protocol Scope 2, RE100, CSRD and ESRS E1, SBTi, CDP, Guarantees of Origin, EACs and PPAs. Answer the questions sustainability, procurement and finance teams are actually asking.
  • Get the details right. Work from primary sources: standards, legislation, registry rules and official guidance. Every material claim links to its source and carries a date.
  • Optimise every article for SEO and AIO. Do keyword and question research before writing. Structure each piece with direct answers, clear definitions, original tables, metadata, internal links and connected topic clusters, so it ranks in Google and gets cited by ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. Track rankings and AI citations, and update what underperforms.
  • Keep the library current. Track rule changes, such as the GHG Protocol Scope 2 revision and RE100 criteria updates, and update published content quickly when something moves.
  • Feed sales. Turn articles into LinkedIn posts, newsletters, one-pagers and answers our sales team can send to prospects.
  • Use AI to write faster, not worse. Research, draft and monitor with AI tools, while a human checks every claim before it is published.

What Good Looks Like After 90 Days

  • You have published a steady stream of accurate, source-backed articles under your own name.
  • Soldera is starting to appear in search results and AI answers for key Scope 2 and energy certificate questions.
  • Corporate buyers are reading, sharing and booking calls because of your work.
  • Sales uses your articles in real conversations with prospects.
  • Every article has named sources, a last-reviewed date and an owner for keeping it current.

Who You Are

  • High IQ. You learn complex rules and markets fast and see what matters before others do.
  • High agency. You take ownership, find a way without waiting for instructions, and ship. You have started things yourself, not only done what you were assigned.
  • You go to the primary source. You cite the exact article, version and date, and you notice when a final text differs from the draft.
  • You explain consequences, not just rules. You show which certificates qualify, for whom, and what it means in volumes or money.
  • You have a public body of work. Bylined articles on a regulated or technical topic for a business audience that we can read.
  • You answer first and keep the caveats. You are an excellent English writer, and you write to persuade as well as inform.
  • You have hands-on SEO and AIO experience. You can show articles you optimised and how they performed.
  • You have a repeatable AI workflow. You use AI for research and drafting with your own quality checks, and you never publish an unchecked claim.

Useful, not required: Knowledge of GOs, EECS, PPAs, Scope 2, RE100 or CSRD across several countries. Media quotes or speaking invitations on these topics. Additional European languages.

How We Work

We are a high-performance team of best-in-class people. We hire slow and fire fast. We take time to find the right people, and we expect a lot from everyone once they join. If you want to do the best work of your career next to people who hold the same bar, you will fit in.

What We Offer

  • A public body of work. Your articles are published under your name and read across the European energy market.
  • Direct access to experts. Work with registry specialists, traders, lawyers, producers, buyers and product builders.
  • Competitive salary and stock options. Your package will reflect your experience and the value you create.
  • Tartu preferred. Remote is considered only for existing energy certificate and renewable energy market experts.

How to Apply

Send your CV or LinkedIn profile and three pieces you personally wrote. At least one should explain a complex or regulated topic for a business audience.

For each piece, tell us:

  • what you owned yourself,
  • which primary sources you used,
  • what result it had, with numbers if you have them.

Also tell us in a few lines how you use AI in your research and writing.

The process: we review your CV and work, then an interview, then a writing test on a real Soldera topic.
