The agreed operating work
Supplier follow-ups, receipt reconciliation, registry actions, exception handling and evidence collection. Your account team uses Soldera's software and operational tooling to run the process.
Global EAC service + integrated software
A global EAC service backed by integrated software. We run your certificate operations across Europe, the US and global I-REC markets, from procurement and supplier deliveries to cancellations and audit evidence.
Keep your PPAs, utilities, brokers and suppliers.
Give the operating work a clear owner.
The work has an owner
Buying certificates is one task. Getting the right volumes delivered, allocated, cancelled and documented is the work that follows. We manage that queue with you.
Supplier follow-ups, receipt reconciliation, registry actions, exception handling and evidence collection. Your account team uses Soldera's software and operational tooling to run the process.
Your budget, certificate criteria, entities, buying decisions and reporting needs stay yours. We agree the authority to act, counterparties and review points before execution.
Inventory and transaction records sit in one workspace. Track available and allocated holdings, transfers and cancellations, with evidence tied to the relevant beneficiary.
From requirement to registry proof
Consumption data, supplier schedules and eligible inventory connect each step. Financial VPPA settlement, dispatch and power balancing are outside this service.
Buy
Keep contracted supply. Where there is a gap, we scope eligible sourcing, pricing and buying instructions with you. Paced purchases and forwards are options within an agreed managed strategy.
Receive · Hold
We track certificates from PPAs, utilities, brokers and your own generation by production device and month. Compare expected receipts with your schedule and follow up on partial or missing deliveries.
Allocate · Transfer
Organise inventory by entity, site and beneficiary. Earmark holdings for specific requirements and check geography, production period and technology before allocation. A reserved volume is not a promise of advanced permission locks.
Buy residual · Sell surplus
An annual MWh balance can hide a country or month that is short of eligible certificates. We help allocate inventory, buy residual volumes through Soldera or existing partners, and retain, reallocate or sell surplus on your instructions.
Cancel · Document
We prepare requests from consumption files and reviewed data, select eligible holdings and coordinate the supported registry or supplier route. After confirmation, collect statements by beneficiary and generating-asset metadata where available.
AI can help extract consumption and contract data. Your team validates the inputs; our operations team handles the agreed actions and exceptions. Managed PPA work uses internal tooling, not a promise of a fully released self-service planner.
A global service, with local execution
The operating model crosses borders. Account access, eligible certificates and cancellation routes still follow the market.
Operations across 28 European registry domains, including hosted accounts and connector workflows for markets without public APIs. Domain coverage is not a count of public APIs.
US registry integrations with coverage expanding weekly. Confirm the accounts, actions and service routes available for your portfolio before rollout.
Global I-REC coverage through Evident and local issuers. We scope eligible supply, beneficiary details, retirement routes and evidence for each market.
The supplier route matters
Where cancellation requires a qualifying local electricity supplier, we scope the supplier relationship, instructions and legal permissions. These routes can involve manual coordination. Local statements and generating-device evidence depend on what the registry provides.
Explore Registry Bridge ↗Fit the service around your team
Start with residual procurement, difficult countries or the full certificate queue. Managed service is a choice, not a condition of using Soldera.
Existing PPAs, utilities, brokers and suppliers remain part of the portfolio. Additional Soldera sourcing is optional.
Explore procurement options ↗We agree status reviews and delivery packs, including cancellation records and procurement, invoice or settlement documents within the service scope.
Explore enterprise workflows ↗An optional read-write API can connect inventory, consumption data, evidence and supported action requests to your ETRM, EMS or reporting tools. Account connections and available actions are scoped first.

Ellab completed its 2025 certificate cancellations across six countries. Cancellation statements and traceability data were available in one system.

Before we get started
We manage the agreed EAC work: sourcing, supplier receipt tracking, inventory, allocation, transfers, surplus sales, cancellations and evidence collection. Consumption data and supplier delivery schedules connect those tasks. This is the certificate leg of your energy portfolio, not power dispatch, balancing, financial VPPA settlement or a universal utility-billing service.
Yes. Keep the counterparties and contracts that work. We can receive their certificates, follow up on deliveries and execute the agreed registry tasks. Use Soldera sourcing for missing or additional volumes if you want it; procurement replacement is not required.
Bring countries, entities, sites, beneficiaries, consumption volumes and reporting deadlines, plus existing supply and registry-account details. For basic PPA receipt tracking, production devices, production months and delivery cadence can be enough. Comparing expected and received volumes also needs a delivery schedule or agreed data feed; sharing the full PPA is not always necessary.
We agree the workspace, connected accounts, data feeds and service outputs before rollout. Some PPA planning tools are used internally by our operations team rather than offered as self-service modules. API scope can include inventory and evidence reads, consumption input and supported transfer or cancellation requests. Execution needs a hosted or connected account. Advanced access controls and back-office approval requirements must be scoped separately.
Refresh cadence depends on the registry: existing connections range from nightly updates to approximately every 15 minutes. Refresh is not a promise of immediate registry processing. Cancellation statements follow confirmation and local document processes, including manual supplier requests where needed. We agree the review schedule and delivery pack for your portfolio.
No single route fits every market. We confirm the registry actions, eligibility, account access and cancellation route for each country. Some markets require a qualifying local electricity supplier, manual coordination and legal authority to act. Set up those relationships before your deadline; coverage does not mean identical execution everywhere.
We scope the countries, volumes, procurement requirements and tasks first, then agree fees, buying instructions and reporting frequency. Paced buying and forward procurement can be part of a managed strategy, with no guaranteed price or savings. Start with a difficult market, residual volume or one reporting cycle, then expand after the process is proven. Timing depends on data, KYC, account connections and supplier authorisations.
