Execution follows local rules, eligible inventory, connected accounts and your approved instructions. Soldera’s PPA reconciliation uses internal tooling within managed operations; automated reporting covers certificate records and reporting inputs. Some registries require the beneficiary’s qualifying electricity supplier to perform or validate cancellation. Soldera coordinates the local route with that supplier and brings the resulting evidence into your certificate workflow.
This includes supplier-assisted routes in Germany, Italy, Spain, Greece, Bulgaria, Croatia, Brussels and Wallonia. Coordination may involve manual work, and completion depends on the supplier’s cooperation and local requirements.

Connect to your ETRM, EMS or reporting systems through an agreed interface; registry actions and refresh frequency are scoped to your connections. MCP gives AI agents scoped access to supported API operations; it does not bypass permissions or approvals.

Does Flexidao handle cancellations?
Yes. Flexidao’s Kimberly-Clark case describes cancelling UK REGOs on the client’s behalf. Its PPA management article dated 3 March 2025 claims automated EAC tracking, retirement and documentation. That is real overlap, not just monitoring software. The distinction here is the execution scope: Soldera combines integrated execution across 28 European registries with supplier-assisted local cancellation through the beneficiary’s qualifying electricity supplier. Flexidao does not offer those complete solutions in Soldera’s competitive assessment.
Do both providers offer managed services?
Yes. Flexidao’s Clean Energy Operations offer includes procurement through supplier bids or existing counterparties, with the client reviewing bids and deciding. It also advertises automated three-way reconciliation of invoice, meter and certificate volumes, plus certificate allocation. Soldera combines sourcing, inventory, registry execution and evidence with platform, API and managed-service options. Compare the account model, registry reach and who completes each step, not simply software versus service.
Do we have to move our PPAs or suppliers?
No. Keep your existing PPAs, utilities, brokers and suppliers. Soldera adds the hosted account and execution layer for receiving, holding, transferring, selling and cancelling certificates.
Can Soldera work alongside Flexidao?
We can scope a workflow that keeps your reporting setup and adds Soldera for certificate operations. Data exchange can use Soldera’s API or a suitable agreed interface, with the connection scoped to your existing setup.

Can Soldera cancel when our local supplier is required?
Soldera coordinates with the beneficiary’s qualifying electricity supplier, which performs or validates cancellation under local rules. The registry workflow can support data and automation, but supplier coordination may be manual and completion depends on supplier cooperation. Set up relationships and required authorisations ahead of your cancellation deadline.
Can we choose software, API access or managed support?
Yes. Keep your suppliers and choose the platform, API connections and managed tasks your team needs. Sourcing, pricing and execution support can be scoped separately. Add managed delivery tracking, reconciliation and certificate true-ups where your team wants support.
Do we have to share our full PPA contracts?
Not for basic receipt tracking. Scope tracking around production devices, production months and delivery schedule. To compare receipts with expected volumes, provide the relevant delivery schedule or agreed data feed. Full contract processing is optional and reviewed before use.
Where should we start?
Bring two or three markets where certificate delivery, surplus sales, cancellation or evidence collection is hardest. We will map the current supplier route, annual volume and required proof, then scope a practical pilot.
