Upgrade the Operating System of the Company

Soldera is the "Stripe for Renewable Energy." We are an AI-native metalayer automating the fragmented, €13B European renewable energy certificate market.

The Traction: In 2025, we executed a breakout year: revenue scaled dramatically, with consistent 30% MoM growth. We are backed by Lifeline Ventures, Lemonade Stand, and a fresh €1.6M deep-tech grant to unify Europe's energy registries.

The Mission: We are building a company where every person, process, workflow, and decision loop is upgraded by AI. Not as a side experiment. Not as productivity theatre. As the operating system of the business.

We are looking for an AI Enablement Lead to find the hidden friction inside the company, redesign how work gets done, and make Soldera dramatically more effective through systems thinking, AI systems, context management, agent orchestration, and ruthless operational improvement.

The title is not fixed. If you join, you can choose the job title that best captures the role and the scope you want to own.

The Role: Company-Wide AI Leverage

This is a technical, strategic, and deeply hands-on role. You will work with leadership on the highest-level operating model of the company, then sit down 1:1 with team members to understand exactly where time, context, focus, and tokens are being wasted.

Your job is not to give people another tool. Your job is to understand where the company is going, stay deeply aligned with that long-term trajectory, and constantly adjust the systems that shape how we think, plan, decide, research, sell, build, report, and learn.

What You Will Build and Improve:

  • Plan Management: Design systems that keep company priorities, project plans, and execution loops clear, current, and actionable across leadership and individual contributors, then keep adjusting them as the company changes.
  • OpenClaw Fleet Management: Manage and improve our fleet of AI assistants, automations, agents, context files, workflows, and recurring operational systems.
  • AI Brain: Build and maintain company-level intelligence systems that help Soldera remember decisions, retrieve context, avoid repeated work, and compound institutional knowledge in the right direction.
  • Compliance Brain: Work with our domain experts to turn complex renewable energy, registry, compliance, and reporting knowledge into reliable AI-assisted systems.
  • Context Management: Create structures that give humans and AI agents the right information at the right time, without drowning them in stale notes, fragmented docs, or duplicated context.
  • Token Optimisation: Improve how AI systems consume context, route work, summarize state, and hand off tasks so the company gets better outputs with less waste. You should be obsessive about the tiny details that compound into major downstream gains or losses.
  • Workflow Diagnosis: Shadow real work, spot inefficiencies, identify broken loops, and turn messy human processes into sharper AI-augmented systems. This role exists because little things compound, and those snowballing effects can become either highly accretive or quietly harmful.

Who You Are

  • Systems Thinker: You naturally see the whole machine. People, tools, incentives, context, decisions, data, and execution are all part of one system to you, and you notice how small operating choices ripple through it.
  • Optimisation-Obsessed: You get genuine energy from making workflows faster, cleaner, clearer, and more reliable. Inefficiency annoys you enough that you fix it, and you care about the precision of the fix.
  • Technical Enough to Build: You do not need to be a traditional software engineer, but you must be able to work directly with AI agents, automations, structured context, APIs, docs, prompts, and workflow logic.
  • High-Level and Hands-On: You can discuss company operating cadence with leadership in the morning, then spend the afternoon improving one person's actual daily AI workflow in detail.
  • High Agency: You do not wait for a clean brief. You find leverage, prove it, document it, and scale it. If you are not sure what the most valuable thing is, you ask, investigate, or ideate rapidly, because time is the company's most valuable resource.

What We Offer

  • Real Ownership: This role touches the nervous system of the company. You will have the mandate to change how Soldera works and act as a steward of efficiency, embedding guardrails and making everyday decisions that steer complex systems with many multiples of downstream impact.
